Mini comes to HK

I wasn't able to take the whole week off my mom was here so during the day while I went to work she'd wander the streets and visit various spots. As soon as the clock struck 5, I'd run to meet up with her. Here are a few bits of other things we did including Stanley, the newly opened ferris wheel in Central, Wednesday Races, and rooftop bars.

Junk Boat Party

Last weekend one of my friends decided to celebrate her birthday by renting a Junk boat.  They say you never forget your first junk boat experience and they're not wrong. Junk ships are ancient Chinese vessels that were first used during the Song Dynasty in the 2nd century. Today they are still in use but mostly for tourism and are considered a must do for summer goers in Hong Kong!

With clear skies and the sun shinning, we set sail from Central Pier in direction of South Bay.  It was an amazing day filled with swimming, dancing, drinks, food, and most importantly great friends!

Thank you hk for another amazing memory!
